Fruits

Yesterday, I read an article about fruits. It made me surprised. We all think eating fruit means just buying fruit, cutting it up and popping it into our mouths. It's not that easy. It's important to know how and when to eat fruits. Normally, we have fruits after a meal or with the meal. It is totally the wrong way. Fruits should be eaten on an empty stomach.

Today, nobody cares about diet and healthy foods. In this busy world everyone is very busy with their work, caring for children and other activities. Women, especially, don't care about diet. I think we have to allocate some time to exercise and care about ourselves.

Modern Disease

In our world there are lots of diseases. Many deadly illnesses are curable today. Today, Most of the people have diabetes. Diabetes is one of the silent killers.I think it is a horrible disease.

My father has been having diabetes for nine years. Nowadays it's under control. He has to take his medicine twice a day. If his diabetes not under control he will suffer pain and headache, as well as visit washroom frequently and drink too much water. Fortunately, there are lots of medicines to control diabetics. My father is really careful with meals. Diabetics should eat on time. They should avoid having sugar and carbohydrate in
their food. Now my father is 76 years old. he is very keen to exercise in the morning.

We can prevent or delay the on set of diabetes by adopting a healthy lifestyle. This includes healthy eating, regular exercise and maintaining a healthy weight.

The Difficulty of finding a Job in Canada

It is really hard to find a good job in Canada. Everywhere employers expect these applicants to have Canadian experience. I don't know where to buy Canadian experience? : )

I heard that the majority of Canadian employers will require "Canadian experience "  before even thinking about giving us an interview. However, how can we have any without anyone giving us a chance? I wonder why these people don't like to give us an opportunity.

I have sent so many applications but only a few called me for an interview. I have not heard from them after the first interview. I don't know why they didn't call me back. They didn't even ask a single technical question. That makes me really fed up : (  Anyway I will keep trying. I hope one day I will get a good job in my field.
